GUIDELINES TO PARENTS/GUARDIANS

  1. Parents are requested to go through the entire information given in school diary.
  2. Any change in address or telephone number should be intimated to school office.
  3. Parents are requested to keep a regular record of their ward's performance in school.
  4. Parents are requested not to enter the class room to meet their children or teachers during class hours.
  5. Half-day leave is not permitted because of security of the students. But in emergency, written information to the Principal mentioning the reason will be considered.
  6. Parents of Pre-Pry and Primary Classes can meet the teachers on every Friday. Time : * Pre-Primary: 8.30 - 11.30Primary: 11.00 – 3.30
  7. Parents should keep in mind that if their ward reaches school late for consecutive three days, the child will be compelled to go back home.
  8. School property should be taken care of by the students. If any sort of damage is caused, penalty will be imposed as fine.
  9. Leave for three days will be granted by class teachers in the leave record column of school diary. but for more than three days, a written application addressing the Principal duly signed by the parents should be submitted in the Principal's office. 
  10. Parents are requested to go through the entire sessions exam and test dates as well as the dates of various functions to avoid any sort of confusion.
  11. Specimen signature of the parents must be done in the school diary for verfication whenever required.
  12. Parents are requested to check the diary daily and respond to the remarks given by the teachers.
  13. The name, standard and section of the pupil should be clearly marked on all his / her belongings.
  14. The school welcomes any suggestion and advice which is positive and constructive for the welfare of the children and the school.
  15. Parents / guardians are welcome to meet the Principal on all working days from 12.00 to 1.00 p.m. The Principal will not be available in the office for meeting the parents before or after this fixed time. 

 

Code of Conduct for Students

  1. Students should bring school diary daily to the school.

  2. Children should strictly follow the school timing.

After the Ist bell the main gate will be closed.

  1. Students should be polite and they should greet the teachers and elders wherever they meet them.

  2. Students should keep their classroom neat and clean. All waste paper and unnecessary materials should be thrown in to the dustbin.

  3. Shouting and whistling in to the dustbin. running and whistling in school campus, verandahs etc. are strictly prohibited. (Note: This appears to be a misprint in the original text)

  4. Chewing-gums and mouth freshner are strictly prohibited in the school campus.

  5. No leave will be sanctioned without the written application from the guardians showing vaild reason. Leave will be sanc tioned by the class teacher only for three days and for more than three days it is to be sanctioned by the Principal or Vice Principal only.

  6. No appication will be entertained by the School authority to go home before dispersal.

  7. Children should maintain perfect discipline in the school campus.

  8. All the assets of the school must be handled properly.

  9. Students are not allowed to bring any story books periodicals or comics to school other than the one issued from the library.

  1. Use of jewelleries and other valuable items like cash, camera, cellpohone is strictly prohibited. School shall not be responsible if it is lost or misplaced.

  2. Children suffering from infectious or contagious diseases are not allowed to attend the school.

  3. It is compulsory to attend unit test, half yearly and annual examinations.

  4. Students should complete their home works and class works regulary and submit their copies to the respective subject teachers in time. The copies will be counter checked by the Principal/Vice Principal every month.

  5. Students must come to school in neat and clean uniform.

  6. Irregular attendance, negligence of home work, disobedience and disrespect towards teachers and members of the staff may lead to disciplinary actions.

  7. No student should keep long nails. Boys will have trimmed hair and girls should tie their hair with ribbon in plaits or wear hairband.

  8. Children should take care of their belongings.

  9. Students should move in an orderly and disciplined manner in the school. They should not carry their bags when they go to the play ground.

  10. All note books and text books should be kept neatly. The text books should be wrapped with brown paper and with proper label.

  8. Cycles must be kept locked in the cycle stand only. Students should not ride around the school compound on bicycles. while entering or leaving the school gate one must walk instead of riding.

  9. Those who go home alone should not loiter about on the way. They should be prompt in returning home. Students are warned not to buy anything especially eatables from street vendors.

  10. Students will not be called to answer phone calls during class hours.

  11. Those parents/ children who cause any agitation and incite others to do so against the school or join with any antisocial element to disturb the peaceful atmosphere of the school forfeit the right to continue in the school. Those students will be dismissed without giving any notice.

  12. The management has the right to take disciplinary action against students/ parents who do not comply with school rules and requirements.
